We seek the intersection of enabling commercial growth at scale and the macro theme of multi-decade investments in the specialty manufacturing and services for critical infrastructure.

We focus on industrial businesses that offer specialized products and services to various elements of the critical infrastructure value chain. This includes the electrical grid, waste management and energy infrastructure impacted by the cross section of energy transition, growing energy demand and ageing assets throughout North America.

Our target investment has an EBITDA profile of $5 million to $25 million or greater. Smaller opportunities may be considered if there is a requirement for near term growth capital or actionable M&A opportunities.

Growth companies with a demonstrated track record led by strong management teams. Often these companies are founder owned, but not always. Opportunities to deploy additional growth capital through compelling projects are ideal.  

Seeking majority ownership in most circumstances but have the ability to consider minority investments. We like to be aligned with our partners through shared ownership.
