Managing Partner & Co-Founder

See Hon Tung is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BridgeWerk. Previously, he led Private Investments at the Werklund Family Office, overseeing all activities related to the family’s broad range of private businesses and investments, which included industrial and technology firms across various sectors. He occupied diverse roles within partner companies, from board directorships and advisory positions to operational roles. Before joining Werklund, Mr. Tung held senior positions in investment banking at TD Securities and National Bank Financial and began his career at the Bank of Montreal’s investment bank and its initial middle market private equity fund. Additionally, he was a founding member of x.com, which later became PayPal. Mr. Tung earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from the University of Calgary and is a CFA Charterholder.

Partner & Co-Founder

Oliver is a Partner and Co-Founder of BridgeWerk, responsible for co-managing the firm along with investment sourcing, execution and portfolio management. Prior to BridgeWerk, he spent 7 years with the Werklund Family Office Private Investments team playing a pivotal role in execution and managing the family office private investment portfolio. Previously, Oliver worked at BMO Capital Partners, where he completed evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investments, and in investment banking at Peters & Co. Limited and Credit Suisse, focused on M&A and financing transactions in the energy sector. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.

Executive Partner

Gary Cresswell, our Executive Partner, brings over 35 years of industrial expertise to maximize returns and spur growth in BridgeWerk’s portfolio.  His expertise spans building relationships with stakeholders, guiding C-level executives, and leading strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.  Committed to developing leadership and delivering results, Gary’s approach combines innovation with a proven track record in commercialization and operational excellence.  Mr. Cresswell holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Loughborough University and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M.

Principal

Robert DeJong is a Principal at BridgeWerk, where he focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence, and actively advising and managing companies within the portfolio. Prior to joining BridgeWerk, Robert spent five years as a member of the Werklund Family Office's Private Investments team. He also worked in institutional equity research at Scotia Capital, covering large and small-cap energy companies, and at KPMG, serving clients in diversified industries including energy, financial services, and airlines. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on accounting and finance from the University of Victoria and is a Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA).

Senior Associate

Jordan Kwiecinski is a Senior Associate at BridgeWerk, where he oversees due diligence, reporting, and plays an active role in advising and supporting the day-to-day operations of portfolio companies. Before joining BridgeWerk, Jordan spent 3 years with the Werklund Family Office Private Investments team. Prior to Werklund, Jordan worked in investment banking at TD Securities, focusing on capital raises, strategic advisory services, and mergers and acquisitions within the energy value chain. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lethbridge and is a CFA Charterholder.
